National Sea Change is a non-profit organization made up of people with lived experience and real solutions.
Since 2021, NSC has been building power across the United States by joining together two vital forces: boots-on-the-ground harm reduction service providers and community organizers.
Why? Because people with Substance Use Disorders (SUDs) and those who use drugs deserve compassion and care—not stigma and punishment.
